Eternity speaks to us through the heart. Our challenge is to learn how to listen when the mind is chattering away.
The ego knows habits and fears, and acts out of self-preservation. The heart knows only love.
The heart seeks nothing because it is everything – it is Unity – infinite and eternal.
We are here experiencing the illusion of separativity, with the heart always pointing us back to Truth. When we suffer, all we need to do is quiet the ego mind to find our way home. However, we can play in the illusion for as long as we want. After all, we are Eternity itself.
